Meat cost just as much as sobeys...truly sad. Love the water bottle sales though!

Best prices on produce, and good quality. Meat prices are decent but not the cheapest. Checkout never has long lines.

Good sales on today, but not much of it was in stock or looking decent :( Very friendly, helpful customer service cashier:)

I usually shop at food basics because the prices are pretty good and they have a pretty big selection. I normally shop at a different one but was in the area so stopped by this one on the way home. This place is SO clean! Everything looks brand new, but the prices are still so cheap! I'll definitely stop here again if I'm in the area. Parking is decent, but its in a shopping plaza so it might get crazy on weekends of high traffic time. I went during the afternoon around 3:30 on a Friday and it wasn't bad at all.
