Poor service, un knowledgable about store deals. I brought in two gift cards and they claimed they were not able to accept them. I also tried to use my spc card and they declined it. Terrible.

Worst customer service in any fast food, throughout Canada and America!!!! Never return to that DQ again. Save yourself and your money, go to the DQ at the The Boardwalk... Rob the owner is amazing as is all his staff. I will definitely be driving the extra mile for that customer service that makes me so happy to enjoy a treat! Avoid Laurelwood or you will be disappointed.
