  Went to Thrive a few weeks ago for the first time and their Philly "Cheese" absolutely blew my mind! I had a Redhead juice which was also amazing. Before my fiancé and I left, one of the employees gave us a cookie on the house...which also had amazing flavour and texture. The parental units were in town this weekend and we took them to Thrive. I tried the Southwest Pizza - SO GOOD, so much flavour. The 'rents tried a couple of the bowls - also rave reviews - and we of course ordered a Philly Cheese again. I can't get over how awesome all the food tastes here. It is by far the best plant-based restaurant in KW.

  Super disappointing service. At least 3 staff appeared to be on shift working but once we placed our order it was simply ignored. They all were busy chatting and didn't bother to start our smoothies until after waiting a while, we asked if we should just get a refund instead. Even then, we were barely acknowledged and it took far too long for two smoothies. We felt ignored and unimportant even though we were one of three customers in the place. The menu seems awesome but the horrible service was enough to turn us off from coming back.
