  We ordered take out. We were not offered multi grain rolls, not given choice for Salas dressing :( on crutches and needed to use washroom, the easy access for disabilities button was not working to enter the restaurant. Chicken was tasty though :)

  Quick and friendly service. Comfortable booth and relatively quiet atmosphere, aside from the unusual abundance of loud babies seated around, but that can't be helped at a family restaurant. Chicken Dinner was very good; Swiss Chalet has their rotisserie skills down. My only complaint is that they ran out of Romaine Salad for their Caesar, and substituted with Iceberg lettuce with Caesar dressing.

  Very slow service. The waiter came by to took our order, brought water, 45 minutes later no food and no waiter so we walked out. We like Swiss Chalet, next time we'll go to the Highland Road location.

  The service at this location is very slow. It took about 20-25 minutes to receive our wine, which actually tasted pretty good, despite being incredibly warm. Our meals were alright... however one of our sides that arrived at the table actually left everyone laughing because of the difference in photo in comparison to what we received. The mac and cheese side dish on the menu showed a large portion with bread crumbs and a lot of cheese, what we received was a 2 fork full portion that looked more like microwaved white KD. Needless to say we won't be back in a hurry.
