- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★McDonald's has really stepped up their game. Our meals were brought to our table on fancy wooden boards, with fries in a metal basket. We weren't sure whether or son would like the smoothies they offer, so we asked for a sample of one of the flavours. The manager brought a sample of each flavour for every person, which was well beyond what we'd asked for. The service was at a high enough level that I felt compelled to offer a tip.
