  I've never actually left a negative review for any sort of establishment in my life even when I've had a poor experience but this is the third time in a few months I've tried ordering takeout from 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm and have been told they are closed when they advertise being closed at 10 pm. I live down the street so walking over to pick up my takeout would be very convenient but closing substantially early on a regular basis has made it an inconvenience and impossible for me to frequent your establishment. It would be beneficial for ownership to change your hours or leave the closing time open ended as proper business etiquette in the restaurant industry. On a positive note, the business model of simple, generously portioned and reasonably priced Italian pizza/pasta is great. Unfortunately impossible to be a paying regular if it's within an hour or more of their advertised closing time! I give up lol

  Good food but very small.. it was also very warm and had a weird amount of fruit flies. Service wasn't great as it appeared only one sever for all tables.

  The Levetto Restaurant in Waterloo next to RIM Park is one of my favourite places in KW. It's a hidden gem with amazing fresh Italian food, great value and friendly service. The patio overlooking the soccer fields is really nice in the summer too. I highly recommend it.

  Great food. Ingredients are fresh. Menu is simple but complete and their artisan pizza and pastas are great. Staff is courteous and place is clean and comfortable. I love this place.

  Food is great! Service is super friendly and accommodating! It's not posh. It's just good. Period.
