  Went for lunch with a friend and sat out on the patio. My main came and the pasta was cold. It was sent back again and came out cold so it went back again. The pasta finally came out hot the third time. By then the chicken was cold and so it had to go back and be warmed up. The bill comes and no discount or even offer of one. I've been to Mother's and if the wait is too long for food or other issues they will give you a discount to make it right. With all of the issues, wait and inconvenience a discount really should have been given. The salad came in decent time but we had to ask for more bread and drink refills.

  I went last night and the service was super slow. It wasn't even very busy. The dinner rush was over. They did not let us sit where we wanted even though there was ample seating. We had to wait a really long time for our server to come over and ask us what we wanted, meanwhile a bunch of other staff were just standing around. Every time I come to this location there is always some disappointment. Whether it be slow service, dirty dishes brought to us or food not cooked properly are just to name a few things that have happened when I have come. I do not plan to come here again.

  Great atmosphere friendly service and the food was excellent!! It's been nicely renevated, love the new look!! We had a great dinner! Highly recommend.

  We're from Cambridge but decided to try a different East Sides and we are glad we did. Bread and refills were brought fast and nonstop without being asked for. couldn't of asked for a better experience! Thanks everyone at east sides for a great time!
