  Nice comfortable room. What I am looking for when away for work. Decent fitness equipment. I like the work desk and happy for the coffee machine and mini fridge.

  The hotel is located in a convenient location for exploring St. Jacob's and Kitchener-Waterloo. It is only a 5-minute walk from St. Jacob's market. The room is clean and very quiet. Front desk and cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. The bistro at the hotel, however, provides sub-par services. The staff there seems to be not well trained and quite disorganized. We ended up eating at other nearby restaurants for the duration of our stay.

  Friendly staff at front desk and at restaurant. Rooms are good. Looks good and it's clean. Free parking. Not a big hotel so no need to wait for elevators even though that's available. Prefer to walk the stairs. Right across from farmers market. Conference room was adequate. Overall, good experience.
